By accessing and using ProductLaunch.cc ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. User-Generated Content

2.1 Content Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for all content they submit, post, or display on the Platform, including but not limited to product listings, comments, replies, and profile information. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit.

2.2 Content License

By submitting content to the Platform, you grant ProductLaunch.cc a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

2.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or refuse to publish any content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines. Product owners may delete comments on their products. We are not obligated to monitor user content but may do so at our discretion.

2.4 Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Content must not infringe on intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimers

3.1 AI Processing

ProductLaunch.cc uses artificial intelligence (AI) services, including OpenAI, to automatically process product listings with descriptions, categories, and other metadata. This AI-generated content is provided for convenience and informational purposes only.

3.2 No Accuracy Guarantee

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. AI-generated descriptions and metadata may contain errors, inaccuracies, or may not reflect the actual product accurately. Users are encouraged to review and edit AI-generated content before publishing.

3.3 Limitation of Liability

ProductLaunch.cc, its operators, and third-party AI service providers shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or harm resulting from reliance on AI-generated content. Users assume full responsibility for verifying the accuracy of all content associated with their products.

4. Third-Party Services

The Platform relies on third-party services for various functionalities:

• Supabase: Database, authentication, and storage services. Your data is subject to Supabase's privacy policy and terms of service.
• Vercel: Hosting and infrastructure services. Your use of the Platform is subject to Vercel's terms of service.
• OpenAI: AI content generation services. AI-generated content is subject to OpenAI's usage policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your interactions with these services are subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ProductLaunch.cc and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your user-generated content but grant us the license described in Section 2.2. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRODUCTLAUNCH.CC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. International Compliance

The Platform is accessible worldwide. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with laws in your jurisdiction.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
